Aerobiology

Southern Research offers GLP-compliant BSL-3 and A/BSL-3 facilities to government and commercial clients for virulence and natural history testing of pathogenic viruses, bacteria, and toxins in addition to efficacy testing of vaccines and therapeutic agents following inhalation challenge. Our aerobiology team is comprised of highly qualified bioaerosol scientists, microbiologists, virologists, immunologists, pathologists, and other experienced professionals. Southern Research specializes in standardized and novel inhalation challenge strategies in addition to assisting clients with the development of novel bioaerosol generation, sampling, and inhalation devices. Southern Research facilities are accredited and licensed by AAALAC, CDC, and USDA.
